How Do I Place An Order?

To order from Channel Jewelry Creations:

  1. Visit the product detail page for an item you wish to buy.

  2. Tap Add to Cart.

  3. When you've finished adding items to your cart, tap the Shopping Cart icon.

  4. Tap Checkout or Check Out with PayPal  and follow the on-screen instructions.

  5. Review your order information and tap Place your order to complete your purchase.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Since all items are made to order, we require 1 - 3 business days from the time we receive the payment to the day we ship. Once your item(s) are ready to leave our facility a shipping confirmation will be sent to you by email. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Please be sure to inspect your package upon arrival for tampering or any damage. Rush orders are welcome. Please call for availability. All orders are fully insured and require a direct signature upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

 

Returns - We offer an unconditional, no questions asked 100% money back policy for a maximum period of 7(seven) Days, starting from the day you have received the item. If you find the product damaged or not as described on the listing, we are happy to refund your payment once we received the item. It is that simple! The only condition is that the item must be returned unused, unchanged, undamaged and including the complete packaging, documentation, tags, etc. For shipping charges are not refundable. Buyers pay the return shipping.
